Most clothes do not wear out. They are washed out. Care for your wardrobe properly and a single garment can outlast a decade.
Wash less. Jeans rarely need washing more than once a month. Sweaters once or twice a season. Air them out between wears.
Wash cold. Hot water shrinks fibres, fades dyes, and destroys elastic. Cold water cleans 95% of normal stains and uses 90% less energy.
Skip the dryer. Hang dry whenever possible. The lint trap is your clothes shrinking, fibre by fibre.
Repair, don’t replace. A loose button, a small tear, a dropped hem — all twenty-minute fixes. We offer free repairs for life on every Urban Threads piece. Bring it in.
